Tattered Flowers

These are some of the flowers I've created with my new TH Tattered Flower Garland decorative strip die which Rach0113 inspired me to get (along with lots of other things!!) when she shared her recent haul.

I then took them outside in the (don't faint) sunshine, and although there is lots of shade, you get a truer colour.

One thing I will do different next time I make some is sand off the card before running it through the die, I lost a few petals sanding afterwards!!!

I think the tattered florals decorative strip is way more versatile than the full sized one - and the flowers more realistically sized. Wish I'd gone for it instead. Your flowers look gorgeous, Sam.

I LOVE this die strip (you wouldn't guess that would you??) and I'm liking these gorgeous flowers you've very painstakingly created. I'm naughty now and just grab a handful and shove them together - think I should take more time and do what you've done!

have you seen what Neil Walker did with them?
