Make a Moo - Men

The Make a Moo or Two theme this week was men. I used antique linen distressed ink to colour the backgrounds as I wanted a distressed, aged look. Added the men images and stamped various other images to the backgrounds using stazon timber brown. Added the wording 'sing' to the left one and 'life is nothing without friendship' to the right.

Make a Moo - Cats

This weeks Make a Moo challenge was cats. Kept it very simple and just stamped some cat images that I had with black stazon, used black soot distressed ink for the background and used a marker pen to outline and make the squares

2 Challenges in 1

After looking on Hilda and Ang C's blogs I decided to have a play at a challenge they'd entered into - add a moo to your tag. Now I have no idea of the size of a moo or if there are any rules to them, so the size I guessed at 2.5 am x 7 cm. I'm sure someone will correct me there!!!! So the 'moo' is the strip at the top of the tag housing the little message.

The other challenge I found after 'Rainbow Lady' had left a comment on my blog. If you click on 'rainbow lady' you too can visit. The theme here was to use pink and black and one other colour on an item of choice. Now for those of you who know me, I know you'll find this hard to believe, but I only own 1 pink ink pad (Brilliance - sparkly!!!), so for me, this was easier said than done!!! My other colour of choice was brown
