Masterboard tickets and tags

I've seen quite a few people making masterboards recently so I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and make one too, but I chose to use only lines.

I turned it over and made some tag shapes.

I was left with these two pieces so made them into tickets.

Then I started to stamp on them with black and red ink.

Added a red reinforcer.

Vintage Tickets / Labels

Gosh, I haven't posted anything for a year so here are some photos of things I've been making recently.  Most have been done before, but been inspired by watching Toni Tinker on Youtube on Crafty by Toni channel - thank you for the reminders and the inspiration.

Patchwork - Online Workshop

All set up and ready to go

Firstly we created a collaged background.

Then created some repeating stamping patterns.

Built up the patchwork pieces.

Swooshed over the background with timber brown stazon and jet black.

Next I decided where to place my patchwork pieces and added some faux stitching.

The final product I didn't have, so I improvised and used some tulip fabric paint.

This was a great workshop, and I look forward to the next one.

ATC's

I created a couple of masterboards, the backgrounds are distressed oxides and I stencilled with stazon.

Then I chopped them into ATC sized pieces and decorated them using images in the style of india.  I also used lots of bling, trim and sparkles.

Day 25 - MDF Tags

I firstly gave them all a coat of white gesso followed by a coat of white tinting base. Then I applied a few colours of DW paint.

I added some stamping with black and red stazon and white gesso.

Next I added an image, but I didn't want to cover the whole of the backgrounds.

Finally added a bit more colour and some fibres.

Window Envelope Pocket Tag Holder

I created another pocket tag holder for my oriental book. This time I used a window envelope.

And when you pull the tag out on the left hand side you can see the window and what's underneath it.

And on the right hand side I created another pocket to house a s trip of tickets.

The long tag and the tickets.

And there is also room to slot a tag in at the top.

Napkin Background Tags

Spritzed a layer of plain napkin with water and added droplets of distress re-inkers.

Once dry, I stuck it to a piece of card.

Used gesso to tone it down a bit.

Chopped it up into tag sized pieces.

Added various colours of gelatos and distress crayons.

Cut them into tag shapes and sewed around the edges.

Added some tissue papers to the top two smaller tags.

Next I added some script stamping in timber brown stazon.

Added various embellishments and a paper doll.

And the same with this one.

Finished tags side by side.

Inspired by Andrea at ARTYmaze - thank you.
