Black and White

Leandra kindly brought me some PA wooden stamps she'd found at PAHQ which I bought on Sunday when I was at the Dome.  I decided to use one of the images to create this set of atc's along with the black and white pots of wow powder that I also picked up.

I started to experiment with the techniques -

Top left - picket fence distress paint stamped directly onto black card
Top right - picket fence distress paint stamped directly onto white card, covered with black soot distress ink to create a resist.
Bottom left -  versamark stamped directly onto black card, white wow powder
Bottom right - versamark stamped directly onto white card, black wow powder

Think Monday, think Atc have a black and white theme this week.

Fab stamp. Don't remember seeing it before. Love your experimenting - will b/w be your ATC theme on paperplay?

Smashing set of experimental ATCs Sam. My personal favourite is the white Wow embossed on black but of course, it all depends what effect you want.

Fab image, and the experiments were well worth it - bottom left looks very clear and defined.
