Fabric Page

This week, Out of a Hat Creations are asking for a button (or two, or three!!) so I decided to give my sewing machine an airing and created this little piece.  I just couldn't resist getting my heat gun to some of the material and burning holes in it.  I had to be careful not to put any in the space that was holding the beads and sequins though!!!  I hand sewed the buttons on afterwards.

This is terrific Sam. Your sewing is very neat-wish mine was. Never heard of burning holes with a heat gun before so must have a go at that for sure.
Great to have you join us again.

Love Chrissie xxxx

Love the texture on this piece Sam. It is so good to have layers that you can see through and your fabric choice works so well for that. Hugs, Buttons x

Nice one Sam but I thought you might have used your new green buttons? Can see why not as they would not have looked right - these neutrals work so well together.
