I have no idea why, but this has come out orange even though I used a blend of permanent red, shade and dark pan pastels. Stamped the PA image in black archival over the top and framed it with a barbed wire stamp from GreenPepperPress, The WayWard Collection, Hot Topic plate.
I specifically made this atc for the PanPastelUk challenge as although it is an anything goes week you get more brownie points if you follow the theme with the DT, which is frosty finish, hence the reason I ran a piece of acetate through a creative expressions folder to create a frosted finish which you can just about see. Then I went back and read some more and what it really meant is snow or frost - duh!!!

Lovely effect xx
I love the colour, even if it's not how you planned it to come out - and the stamped image is just great.
Fab ATC Sam and the acetate is a great effect. Pity it's not the one you needed though, lol! That is a trick I'm brilliant at ........ skip reading and missing out the important bit ........ used to do it all the time with the kids letters from school, ooops!

Well, I like it even if it was frost or snow that was required! I should think after Christmas they might be a little frosted and snowed out, but there we are! I really like that barbed wire stamp around the edge. I haven't seen one of those before. Julie Ann xx
Love this ATC especially the edging and colours x
