I coloured the backgrounds with various shades blue of distress inks. I spritzed various stamps and took the ink off with the water and blotted with kitchen roll.
This one is crushed olive and mowed lawn distress inks and a mixture of Dina Wakely and Art Journey stamps.
And finally shaded lilac, pickled raspberry and seedless preserves. I used my new TH classics #1 stamps for the main image and the words, again more Art Journey and another dragonfly stamp.
And yes Kate it is sort of pink, but not really as it's pickled raspberry and raspberries are traditionally red, so it's just a shade of red!!!

Love all the work you've put into these. Do you find 5x5 an easier size to do? I should try just doing any size shouldn't I rather than struggling with a particular size to fit a swap
You are on a really creative roll at the moment Sam - these are just fab. Loving your work. Hugs, Buttons x

These are all terrific Sam-never done any 5x5 but it does give a lot of space to create something special as you have done on all three pieces.
