Bacardi Bottle

We have just finished a lovely Bacardi bottle and I immediately knew I wanted to use my new to me DecoArt chalky finish glass paints on it.

I painted it all in serene (light blue) then once dry went over parts with lace (yellowy-cream). Once dry I sanded back around the mottled parts of the bottle.

When I went to Pramoda Gifts last weekend I picked up some rice papers and used them on the bottle.

And this is the back. I finished off by coiling string around the bottle neck.
