Halloween ATB

I was recently invited to join a FB group called mini marvels and there is a halloween challenge going on at present, so I decided to join in with my little 2.75" ATB.

The box is coloured with black pearl DA dazzling metallics and the panels with eggplant and pumpkin patch DA multi surface paints. The images are heat embossed with black embossing powder.

And the top I just coloured in pumpkin patch and edged with eggplant.

All paint mediums are from the DecoArt Range.

Autumn Tags

Over at PanPastel Uk their challenge this week is on the theme of Autumn Inspiration. Using pan pastels and the new fabulous clear blender I created the background with the colours red, orange, yellow and brown. I used all Lavinia stamps, some metal cogs and a Prima word to embellish.

And this tag I made using lemon and orange brusho to create the background. I stamped the Lavinia mushroom, masked it off and stamped the Lavinia flowers over the top, added some tissue tape and some fibres and beads.

Close up of the background and stamps as I would like to enter this tag into this months Lavinia challenge which is Autumn Colours. To be in with a chance to win you can only use Lavinia stamps on your project but combine it with any other embellishments.

Brusho Cards

Ended up making some cards today even though I was only meant to be having a play with Brushos.

This one has red, dark blue and turquoise Brusho stamped with a Stampendous dragonfly, a couple of solid flowers and the remember word by Clarity.

This one materialised after Emma showed me a photo of a card that she saw at the craft show at the weekend on the Lavinia stand. She bought the proper tree stamps, but I knew I had something like so used them instead, they are still from Lavinia. Lots of colours of Brushos were used for the background.

This is the offcut from the top piece and stamped with Lavinia thistles and a solid flower stamp and I used some of a tree branch to create some foliage along the bottom. Word stamp Clarity.

This one was purple and turquoise Brushos, again Lavinia stamps and another solid one. Word stamp Clarity.

This one was intentionally stamped twice to see what the effect would be and it came out okay really.  Background is the offcut of the other one with the trees on.
