Limited Edition Heart

I just had to have a play with my new set of LB limited Edition fresco paints and my new LP stamp plate. I used 3 of the 4 colours. I coloured the heart mdf shape with snowflake as the chartreuse which I used as the base is a translucent paint. I then used seaweed which again is translucent and finally around the edge I used chutney which is semi-opaque.

I used the main image from the new PA Lynne Perrella range of stamps, this is from plate #28. The script around the edges is from the same plate. Due to the very fine detail in the stamp, I found that the versafine ink pad gave the most crisp image as opposed to stazon and archival.

These have sooooo much potential, can't wait to have a proper play with them when I get back from my hols!!!

Country View Crafts have a theme this month of painty pleasures, and this really was a pleasure!!

That chartreuse is lovely, Sam. And I agree that versafine is best for LP stamps because they are so detailed. Took me ages to work it out.

Oh my Sam this is fabulous! I fell in love with that image straight away so it was one of the two sets I got last week from CVC. Those colours really are stunning too.
