Embellished Tag

This weeks PanPastelUK challenge is make an embellishment.  I made my own embellishment using a button and a brad and colouring them with pewter Treasure Gold along with the crunchy wax paper and the edges of the tag.  The ribbon is coloured with dusty concord distress stain.  The background is crackled and the top coat is mushroom coloured fresco paints.  The image is by B Line Designs and I tinted her hat and hair with distress ink markers.

Totally gorgeous, Sam! I got very inspired by Leandra at the NEC, so I'm heading PaperArtsywards as soon as I can get to my craft desk! LOVE your crackle background, beautiful vintage lavender colours, and the frill of wax paper is genius!!
