The Two of Us

Golden regular gel mixed with a bit of matte medium and micro beads added and put through a stencil onto a journal page.

Once dry I spritzed the page with water, added some black media mister, dried it, mixed up some silver primary elements and used a pipette to apply it over the texture. Again sprayed to let it drip.

I used the white shimmer media mister from the top of the page and let it drip down, again using water to help it move around.

I coloured the rest of the page with pan pastels.

Next I lightly stamped in black soot distress ink using a stamp from the Andy Skinner industrial set.

Stamped my new to me girls, masked them off, added the Ryn water droplets plus a few along the top with stickers from the chit chat idea-ology set to finish.

And I thought I'd finished but I just couldn't resist adding a bit of white pen.

Genius! You sure did do a lot to this that seemed so amazing to me. There are so many problems in the world today and your journal page reflects humanity as we gently walk through the problems created either by nature or man. I love your creation. It is not sad just very reflective.

love it Sam - must admit when it was shown landscape way I thought you'd created a city landscape - but love how it turned out!! Great texture.
