T!m Tag - April

I pretty much followed what T!m did for the background on his April tag which you can see here.  Love how mottled it looked which is why I took a snapshot before it all got covered up!!!

Then I deferred and did my own thing. I left the framework pieces out as I don't have the die, but Lin had previously cut me some, so only have the solid innies to put back in!! Used the Eiffel Tower die cut and embossing folder which was quite fitting been as this time last week it was my first time in Paris and gave it a smidge of treasure gold. The flower is from Prima and the letters are idea-ology.

So this tag seems to fit in with a few of the challenges around this week -

Tag Along - Flowers, not sure if it will count as there is only one!
Simon Says Monday - Journey
A Vintage Journey - A little bit French
Country View Crafts - New beginnings, first time in Paris last week.

Fantastic Tag, love the mottled background, glad you took a picture before adding more layers! So good you can now relate to Paris & not have to dream about it.

Gasp!!! A flower, lol! Sorry Sam, but seriously this is fabulous! I've not seen Tim's tag but I love yours. That background is gorgeous and so is the flower. I looked all over for that framework die and the hexagon one this weekend but could only find the diamond one. Never mind!
