Book Page Atc's

Here are a set of book page atc's which I have made for a swap being held on one of the yahoo groups I am a member of.  The swap is for three and I've made an extra one for the host.  The clay pieces are stamped, baked and coloured with perfect pearls.  The top two and bottom right have been sprayed with dylusions and eco-line inks to achieve the desired colours.  Bottom left was painted with butternut eco friendly paint and then sanded back to reveal some of the text, ink was then applied.  The top two have been sprayed with gold glitter, if you look closely you can just about see it.  Wire, prestuds, gems, cogs and clock pieces were added to finish.

I adore your clay peices - I have always been wary of 'baking' them in my cooker oven

They do look gorgeous

These are fab Sam, I love the one on the bottom right, it reminds me of the Turin shroud. Much better than my atempts at clay - I set it on fire - guess I shouldn't have used the microwave :o) x
