Fraz and the Fireworks

For some reason people have just decided it's a good idea to let off a load of loud banging fireworks.  Fraz really doesn't like them.  He came bounding downstairs, jumped on the settee and buried his head under the cushions!!!!  So I thought I'd grab a quick photo, but bless him, he really was frightened!!!!

I just think some people are so inconsiderate where animals are concerned, Star is not comfortable at the moment either. She did not like the fact that the neighbours had a party last night (no warning for us or Star) grrrrrrrrrrrrr
OK off my chest now

Oh poor Bugger Bugger! Thankfully, none of the cats seem bothered very much, although we'll have to keep an eye on the one that turned up early this year and make sure she doesn't get freaked.

Poor little big mite. Fireworks have become so needless loud and unconfined to one day. Driving back from Peterborough yesterday i saw 2 or 3 rockets up in the sky while driving on the motor way! ave you checked with the vet there are one or two things you can get now that help reduce the stress he clearly is suffering. xx Zoe and a big floor rolling hug for Fraz

That was a wonderful piece of back ground and you made really good use of it... down to the last scrap. Lovely results.
Poor Fraz... it used to be like that when we had our dog and 2 cats and I used to give them Dr Bach Rescue Remedy, which helped. The bangs used to start i September and go on until New Year. Now our council has clamped down on the excessive use of fireworks but it's still bad enough.

You can get something from the vets Sam, am sure I once saw an ad in there. Poor Fraz, can just imagine him shaking. I know it is a shame but what a fab photo for you to journal.
Give him a hug from me.

Aw, poor Fraz. I remember my Odie used to shiver and shiver and no matter what I did, he wasn't able to calm down, poor love. It's a real nightmare for doggies.
