Vintage Embellishments

 

I found a free download so decided to have a play with some UTEE.  I haven't used it for ages, not since I last had my melt pot out.  I triple embossed the lower half of the picture with clear UTEE.  I left the top half until I need some more doing, as I figured I might use some somewhere without the UTEE but I did colour them all with distress inks.

Large Boho Fabric Tags

Coloured some pieces of lace with DW and Pebeo paint.

Covered the tag with fabrics and added lace and gems.

Patterned paper on the back.

Sewed around the edges. Not neat, but it wasn't meant to be.

Tag two initially covered with one piece of fabric.

The two tags side by side. They are quite large, approx 8.5" x 5.5".

Vintage Stuffed Envelopes

This envelope is approx 7.25" x 5.25".  It has two pockets and is full of ephemera.

Envelope number two is square, 6" x 6" and has three pockets.

I put a tag inside this envelope.

Tags from Masterboard & Cluster Scraps

I started to play with some of the clusters and embellishments I'd made, putting them with some of the tags from the masterboard.  I've not made my mind up yet, so haven't stuck anything down.

Flonz Papers

My order of Flonz papers arrived today.  They are from New Zealand and only took five weeks to arrive.

These are the fronts and backs of the first set. There are three of each page.

This is the next set, front and back. The paper is glossy.

The last set, front and backs.  They are really vibrant and good quality.

I ordered mine through Amazon.

Embellishments & Clusters

I decided to triple emboss some of the embellishments I made a couple of days ago.

Masterboard

Created this masterboard on the back of a pizza box using scraps and leftovers.

Once dried I cut them into tag size pieces and all I had left was the slither on the right.

Toppers

Made some toppers from the bits and pieces I created yesterday.

Did lots of punching today in prep for making my own toppers.

A WIP - Recycled Envelopes

A WIP created from two recycled envelopes, card and paper scraps.  Just need to make the tags and cards to go inside and cover the outside covers.
