Accordion Wallet

Watched a couple of youtube videos and decided to have a go myself. 

The back cover.

The inside flap strengthened with the duct tape and to cover the back of the brad.

The accordion part using the recycled envelopes.

The bottoms of the envelopes again lined with duct tape for added strength.

Vintage Style Tags and Postcards

Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of the two 12 x 12 pieces of paper I started with.  They were awful and needed covering up with gesso!

Using scraps and some ephemera I created some postcards.

And some more and a couple of tags.

Once I'd taken the photos I decided they needed a bit more to finish them off.

So I added some random pieces of tissue tape.

Close ups of the postcards.

And the tags.

I used 3d foam to make the focal images pop out from the backgrounds.

Toilet Roll Tag Wallets

Recycling toilet rolls.

Made cuts in the right places and painted them with black gesso.

Decorated the fronts and created more pockets.

And these are the backs with more pockets.

Stripy pockets and spotty tags.

Vintage Style Wallets with Tags

Playing around with oddment scraps of card and paper.

Made wallets and tags from scraps.

Machine stitched around the edges.

Tags fit nicely in the pouch.

Some to the right.

And some to the left.

Quick and easy to make.

And a really good way to use up your scraps.

Boho Style Beads

These were taken inside.

These were taken outside in the sun.

Mini Tassels

These ones are only 1 and a half inches tall and are finished off with small metal beads.

Altered Dominoes

Crafty Individuals vintage portrait transparent images, bead trim added around the edges.

Backs covered in silver and gold.

And after I'd taken the photo I went back in and added four more silver beads to each of the corners to finish it off properly.
