Especially for Caz

This is the one I've done for you using my metal which I am very fond of. I read in a post somewhere that you wanted blue or butterflies, so now you have both, hope you can use it. Backround is stamped with weathered wood distressed ink using the harlequin PBS stamp. All the drawing is freehand. Hope you like them

Been as though you can't wait - here is one of them, it's loosely based on travel, the eiffle tower is crackle glazed, a stamp and jigsaw piece have been added and the metal watch face charm and a springy thing, I did also add an old key, but it fell off, which was quite a good thing coz I'd forgotten to allow for holes to put it all together!!!! Background is done using the transfer techinque with selotape to enable it to be covered using alcohol inks, images have been stamped with black stazon

Christmas Cards

Been busy making some extra christmas cards with my new CI stamps - here are a selection

Altered Cd with a twist

This is my altered cd with tag on one side and an atc on the other incorporating alcohol inks. Both images are PBS and stamped with purple stazon ink

Big Tag Swap

These are my BIG tags for the swap

The background for both tags was created using prit stick as a resist, salmon and cloudy blue acrylic Rangers dabbers, and frayed burlap distressed ink for the one on the left and peeled paint for the one on the right

PBS stamps were used in black soot and frayed burlap on the left and the main image was stamped with timber brown stazon

The crowns and the ruler were stamped in black soot and are PBS stamps, the main image is from the crafty individuals range and was stamped with black stazon. The words on the image were stamped twice more and cut out, they were rubber over with glitter chalks and the main image was coloured with chalks

Fat Pages Faces Swap

These are my fat page faces swaps - Have no idea why I made 4 when the swap is for 3!!!!
Top Left used adirondack lettuce wash spray to create background, stamp is from PBS in brown stazon
Top right is olive glimmer mist background with background stamps from PBS in frayed burlap distressed inks, main image is from Magenta stamp stamped in olive stazon and mounted onto green holographic card
Bottom left used peeled paint and frayed burlap distressed inks and main image is from Magenta stamp stamped in olive and brown timber stazon
Bottom right is ginger, latte & caramel alcohol inks, sprayed with olive glimmer mist, again Magenta stamp stamped in brown timber stazon and mounted onto dark green card

Altered Ribbon Box

Top - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Back

Left Side - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Right Side

We were each given a ribbon box at our NEC meet by Hilda, whose son Graeme kindly made them for us all. The idea was that we all took them home and altered them in any way we chose. I decided to cover mine with metals and keep the puppy theme running through. The top says RIBBONS and also has a few dog bones dotted around. Each of the letters have been trimmed with lines or swirls. The back says ribbons / fibres and has been decorated with a criss cross pattern and some dots added. The sides have both been decorated with a dog, and a swirly hands free pattern has been created in the open space. At the moment I am unsure as to leave it 'naked' or colour it with alchol inks!!!!! Hence the reason no futher embellishments have been added - yet!!!!

Christmas ATC Swap

ATC Christmas swap - top left, alcohol inks and a reindeer stamped with black staz on. Top right, lettuce Adirondak mist spray background and an angel stamped with blaze red staz on. Bottom left, alcohol inks, lettuce, meadow & cranberry, lightly dabbed round the page topped with a CI miniture from the christmas selection. Bottom right, cranberry Adirondak mist spray background topped again with a CI christmas miniture, the words were stamped onto tissue paper using the blaze red staz on ink pad and then glued with prit stick directly to the atc and hopefully the excess tissue paper has blended into the card

Tripytch

This is a Christmas tripytch that I have made as a RAK for Claire. But I went a bit mad with the glimmer mist and it all came out in one go and hit the middle of the paper!!! Hopefully you can still see the angel faded into the background!!!!

Christmas 3 x3 Collage

This is my 3 x3 christmas swap for the forum. The background was made by rubbing peeled paint and weathered wood distressed inks over the page direct from the pad. Merry Christmas was stamped over the page using the woodland ink pad by Adirondak and a selection of victorian images were mounted onto the card. The card was then cut into 9 - 3.5" x 2.5" pieces

More Splash n Spin

Been splashing n spinning again. Top left is all the essentials I bought from PP today off the sale table!!!! Top right is willow and stream acrylic paint out the Rangers Dabbers bottles. Bottom left is the paints that came with the kit and bottom right is lettuce and cranberry adirondak mist spray!!!!

ATC's

These are ATC's I've made for a swap, the top 2 have been created using alcohol inks and my new PBS stamps were used for the images. The backgrounds of the bottom 2 have been created using the woodlands adirondak ink pad applied with a roller and then sprayed with glimmer mist, the leaves and ferns were stamped on afterwards using staz on, timber, olive, rusty brown and pumpkin

Splash n Spin

At last, managed to get my splash n spin out of the box. The first picture is using the paints that came with the kit, the top right has been created using accient page re-inkers and the bottom left using alcohol inks, but they dry far too fast before they have had a chance to be spun out properly. These were only my first attempts, so will keep trying!!!
