Trick or Treat


Over at Our Creative Corner Julia has chosen the theme of a Halloween tag with surface texture, so I stamped the TH web in versamark and covered it with vanilla wow powder.  I then went back in with the PA quote in versamark and this time covered with black embossing powder to create the required textures.

I coloured it with distressed paints, chipped sapphire, spiced marmalade, seedless preserves and picket fence and went back in with ripe persimmon and picked raspberry distress ink and edged with black soot.


I stamped some spiders in black stazon.  I haven't got that many Halloween stamps hence all the die cuts.

    Sam, I'm loving how you've made that wonderfully textured tag background! Without colour the tag looks flat and 2D but as soon as you added your colour - wow, it came to life!! Gorgeous colours and I love the spooky additions!
