Going Dotty!!


Fresco paints work fab with the mdf shapes, no need to base coat, I just went straight in with Haystack and vanilla as they are opaque and give great coverage. I went back in with pumpkin soup and autumn fire and finished with a touch of blood orange (love that colour!!).


Using the circles stencil I did the bump technique with snowflake first and over the top with blood orange.


I stamped the main LP image from plate #25 directly onto the wood. I coloured with a yellow posca pen which again works fab with the paint and mdf.  I stamped the row of flowers onto white card, cut them out and coloured them with red, orange and yellow posca pens. The word and the stamped circle images are from the PA ink and the dog plate.

    I love Blood Orange too! But I love so many Frescos - can't say which is my fave! I love the impact of this and the bumping is terrific on it! LP Oriental images are just the tops too! Julie Ann xx
