Clocks, Cogs & Gears

When Emma came over for the Lin Brown weekend, she brought me some of the spare wooden cogs and gears she had left from her weekend in Swindon at the Finnabair workshop, along with the T!m Tick Tock die that I'd ordered. So of course, I had to have a play!!!

Close up of the ribbon around the wooden spool and the mini knob handle.

I mostly used lumiere paints on both the background and the individual pieces.

  1. I love that, Sam!! It looks so dimensional and full of texture and the ribbon is inspired.

  7. Fabulous using up of the cogs and gears - love that you've wrapped the ribbon round... starting to think I might "need" that clock die! Great make, Sam.
