Fabric Tag

Sue made a wonderful fabric hanging for her finale project over on the PA blog which you can see here.  I did a smaller version on a tag.  Above are my individual pieces coloured with frescos.

I took another piece of fabric and cut it into a tag shape, sprayed it with colours of fresco and randomly stamped LP images in timber brown stazon.  I needed to make it more stable so using the sewing machine, attached it to a card tag and frayed the edges.

And finally I machine sewed the images onto the background of the tag.  Made a hole using the crop-o-dile, added an eyelet and fibres.
