It's my Twitter friend Helens birthday today and we actually met earlier this year when Emma and I went to Ally Pally.
I know the 'lonely girl' image by Dina Wakley is one of her faves, so I decided to use this along with fresco paints in shades of blues and browns to decorate this mdf plaque as a birthday gift for her.
I am also entering it into the Hobby House Challenge as their theme is anything goes and also Our Creative Corner using the recipe
- List A - Ribbon
- List B - MDF/Wood
- List C - Paint and Ink
And PanPastelUK are asking to see loads a layers, well loads were used to build up this background!!
I think that Helen will be delighted with this wonderful present. Lovely!! xxx Marianne
