Vintage Tag

The challenge over at PanPastelsUk this week is to create something vintage. I decided to make a tag.  I do feel I have cheated a bit because I haven't used any pan pastels as I don't (at the moment) have any light enough covers.  I really like to  use the medium the challenge is portraying, but it isn't a stipulation of the challenge, it's just me!!!

I stamped the flourishes in frayed burlap distress ink and stamped the main image in timber brown stazon.  I cut a frame out of a piece of material and frayed the edges.  The butterfly is a TH movers and shapers die.

  6. It is beautiful Sam -love it. I did one on Friday but still need to do some sewing on it - as usual - it will be last minute.
    Won't compare with this though.
