Over on the PaperPlay forum, Deb chose this months theme of 'by the seaside / beach'. Above I used distress stains with a paperbag studios stamp.
Maz lent me the stamps for these two above, they are from Crafty Individuals, CI-284. Distress stains were used to create the background. The top one was stamped in black archival ink and the bottom one was stamped in black soot distress stain which is why the image doesn't look as crisp.
oh loving all three, do like that group of girls on the beach stamp and love how you have interpreted it too

Oooh, particularly like the first one, Sam (she says, not very subtly LOL).
ReplyDeleteLovely work !!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful Sam, I love the top one too, and the bottom is one of my favourite stamps. Actually that doesn't mean anything - about fifty could claim to be my favourite stamp lol. I like the different effects you have got with the inks, I love Versafine for a crisp image, but I always smudge with it, even if I heat set it. Have a fab weekend x
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely creations Sam. The way you have applied the ink makes each of these so atmospheric. Hugs, Buttons x
ReplyDeleteLove them all but the top one one is extra gorgeous! I have the CI stamps too...x
ReplyDeleteGreat ATCs Sam! I love that group of girl stamps. Funnily enough I just saw it today for the first time on someone else's blog! xx
