As I was having a massive tidy up of all my stuff and trying to find homes for my holiday stash I came across a piece of glass. This got me pondering on what I could do with it. I decided to colour it with the lighter shades of alcohol inks, juniper, willow, salmon, lemonade. I then stamped the quote, the flowers and the scratches with black stazon. Added gems to the centre of the flowers and a piece of lace to the top so that I could hide the ribbon to hang it with. I had to attach a piece of white card behind the glass as you couldn't see the background colours.
Don't you just love a tidy up in the craft area, it always leads you to do something. This something is rather special and yes as the sun is out this morning I feel I need to enjoy the simple things. Love the way you have put the gems in the centre of the flower stamp
