Love the deep richness of colour on both but especially the circular element of the second one even though a circle has not been used, clever use of that lovely lace happy new year hun hugs kate x
I may have to but would need a dead flashy ruler and would pile the snow up really high and would then bury my ruler into the ground as well as the snow and then use a tap measure to show how many inches it was - cheating to win of course - although that would defeat the challenge lol hope your ok

Stunning Sam love the bead dumping on the top one and the contrast of the white on the bottom one - fantastic

Must have missed this post when I was doing my "grumble and grouse". I absolutely adore this - just the kind of thing I like.
ReplyDeleteIt's ages since I had my beeswax out and now I want to play with it again. Such inspiration from your work.
Love them both but I do like the bottom corner on the top one ...but then I love the white stamping on the other one.
Guess I will just have to keep looking at them both - truly terrific!
Fab pieces, Sam. You've caught the vintage feel so well.
ReplyDeleteThese are both wonderful Sam, I've never even heard of walnut crystals but will go have a Google now, you've got me intrigued :)
ReplyDeleteLove these vintage pieces and I too feel like getting my wax out for another go as you've inspired me so much!
