Sue at Paper Paradise has been having a sale on all the Paper Artsy plates, they are BOGOF. I let all the ladies on the Lotstodo forum know and I became personal shopper for a few of them!!! For our custom, Sue gave me several dolls kits. So, what I decided to do, was to invite everyone who had bought stamps to participate in making a doll and retuning it to me for a swap. Here is mine. I ran her 'dress' through the cuttlebug and used the dots embossing folder. I used peeled paint distressed inks to cover and dried marigold to enhance the dots. I added a bit of frill to the bottom and stuck it onto a piece of mountboard for stability. I used brads to attach the arms and eyelets and jump rings to attach the legs. For the head I flattened a bottle top, cut out an image of a face and added a clear sticker to cover. I used string for her hair and added a key chain
