Over on the PA blog this week I decided to play along with Sara N's collaged card project which you can see here. I used alcohol inks with blending solution and tissue tape.
And as I don't do flowers I stamped the Dina Wakley row of 3 hearts from the collaged hearts set on a spare piece of the same card, cut them out and 3d mounted them onto a thin strip of a gelli print, black card and off white card. Finally I edged the piece with black marker pen.
Beautiful, the hearts are a perfect touch. Love it. Xx

Lovely card, the hearts work just as well as the flowers!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card, the hearts are perfect.
ReplyDeleteReally cool - love the gentle colour palette - and I'd go hearts over flowers too - great composition!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment too... and yes, the main reason the collection is in CZ rather than here is that my mother rents that room from the town authorities for about £100 a year (and that includes heating/lighting water)!! Wouldn't be possible over here...
